Care Instructions
Copper Garden Tools
Rinse off soil after each use and dry with a cloth to prevent water spotting. Copper naturally develops a patina over time — this is cosmetic and doesn't affect performance. To keep the original shine, wipe occasionally with a copper cleaner or a mix of lemon and salt. Store in a dry place over winter.
Teak Furniture
Teak is naturally weather-resistant, but a light clean with mild soap and water every few months helps maintain its appearance. Untreated teak will weather to a silver-grey patina; apply teak oil once or twice a year if you prefer to keep the original honey tone. Use a breathable cover during long periods of heavy rain or snow.
Gas Fire Pits
Check the gas connection and hose for wear before each season. Keep the burner area free of debris and cover the unit when not in use. Do not operate in enclosed spaces. Have connections inspected by a qualified technician annually.
General Care
Bring cushions, decorative accessories, and smaller items indoors during winter or extended periods of rain to extend their lifespan. If you're unsure how to care for a specific item, contact us at contact@frolida.com and we're happy to help.
